Our Technical Staff, in association with our Professional Club Partners offers a Professional Coaching Course based on the training methodology of European Professional Youth Academy and First Teams Club.
The Pro Coaching Course: is an international event where coaches from various countries connect, exchange ideas, and share experiences.
Participants also attend and engage in both theoretical and practical sessions led by professional coaches.
The Technical Stages, lasting one to three weeks, offer coaches a fresh opportunity for hands-on learning.
The course includes both theoretical and practical sessions, delivered in Italian and English.
At the end of the program, each coach receives an official certificate of attendance from ISM International Scouting Center.
One week Coaching Course:
Held in Perugia at modern youth academy facilities, the Coaching Course shares the core principles of Italian football methodology.
Throughout the week, coaches explore training across all age groups—from U-8 to U-19—and attend first-team sessions or official matches.
Lessons are delivered in both Italian and English, combining theory and practice.
At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate from ISM International Scouting Center.

long term Coaching Course (3 – 6 – 9 months):
Starting this year, ISM offers coaches the chance to join a technical stage in Italy lasting from 3 to 9 months.
This immersive experience allows participants to engage daily with ISM’s training environment and observe Serie A, B, and C clubs up close.
The curriculum covers key topics including Sports Psychology, Training Methodology, Women’s Football, Goalkeeper Development, Match Analysis, Sports Medicine, Nutrition, Scouting, and Player Development.
