“Coaching Course”: Empoli International Development Program is proud to be able to share its soccer philosophy and its method with the Coaches that want to improve their soccer knowledge.
This Coaching Course becomes an International Event and allows Coaches from different countries to meet and have the occasion to share their ideas and experiences; they will also have the opportunity to follow and participate in the theoretical and practical training sessions taught by Coaches.
The Technical Stages that range from one to three weeks are a new experience that we are able to offer the Coaches. The Course for Soccer Coaches consists of theoretical and practical lessons taught in both Italian and English.
At the end of the Program, ISM Academy will issue a certificate of attendance to every Coach.
The Coaching Course is organized in Perugia at the new artificial and youth academy facilities.
The main goal of this course is to share Italian football methodology and philosophy.
During the week, the course will focus on the training of all ages categories (from U-8 to U-19) and the coaches
will have the opportunity to watch a first team training session or an official match.
The Coaching Course consists in theoretical and practical lessons taught in both Italian and English.
At the end of the program ISM Agency will grant a certificate to each participant.

From this year, ISM Academy gives the coaches the opportunity to do a technical stage directly in Italy from 3 to 9 months.
By attending a long term coaching course, coaches have the opportunity to living daily ISM reality and analyzing Italian professional clubs of Serie A, B and C.
At the course they will study subjects such as:
Sports Psychology, Training Planning Process, Training Methodology, Women Soccer, Goalkeeper Training, Match Analysis, Sports Medicine, Nutrition, Scouting and Player Development.
