Our company is willing to intensify the scouting activity outside Italy, through an International Project, in order to scout and sign young players in Italy.
Our Results
In our history we have reachd great heights, thanks to a broad range of action and international approach. After many years of activity in more than 50 countries, we are is well aware of the fact that there are many talented players hidden somewhere in the world who are not given the opportunity to be seen.
Professional soccer players such as Hidetoshi Nakata (AC Perugia), Gennaro Gattuso (AC Milan), Marco Storari (Juventus FC), Marco Materazzi (FC Internazionale), Han Kwang Song (Juventus) and Andrea Ranocchia (Internazionale FC) grew at the A.C. Perugia Academy during those years.
But it’s necessary working and investing in the tactical preparation, making a technical program with weekly trainig sessions with high intensity.
In 2 years, we should be able to train and prepare players who will be able to play in Italian professional Teams.
It is on this goal that we would like to work together.
ISM – International Scouting Center will provide a qualified coach (qualified by AIAC and FIGC) in order to work together in the selection of players who will take part to the Try-Outs organized by the partners but also during the season.
ISM – International Scouting Center’s coach during the 9 months will lead the technical program “ISM Football Performance Course” with selected players (age categories U-15, U-17 and U-19) and will be available to continue the work of scouting and promotion.
