AC Perugia International Project offers the opportunity to the players coming from all over the world to experience the Italian Soccer Training with Italian licensed coaches and then to be signed with AC Perugia.
Ac Perugia International Project was born as ISM International Scouting Center created from the experience gained by its managers from 1998 to 2005 at the AC Perugia Youth Academy. Back in 2005 the AC Perugia (Serie A) project counted on 138 affiliated Clubs with a network of 80 scouts and 20 area managers responsible for overviewing the whole national territory.
Professional soccer players such as Gennaro Gattuso (AC Milan), Marco Storari (Juventus FC) and Andrea Ranocchia (Internazionale FC) grew at the AC Perugia Academy during those years.
AC Perugia International Project provides an elite training and development program followed by our qualified coaches with a specific cultural background to train young players. Some of them have played and coached at the highest levels either within Italy or abroad.
Holder of UEFA PRO License, Luciano Mancini is an expert Professional Coach with a more than 20-years professional coaching career. After starting with regional clubs, Luciano started coaching various Professional Clubs such as Grosseto, Robur Siena, AC Perugia, becoming in 2012 Manager of Gambia National Team. Luciano also contributed a lot to perfecting AC Perugia International Project coaching method and formation of other Academy coaches. Owner of several prices recognized by Italian Coaches delegation.
Goalkeeper Coach / Physiotherapist Holder of UEFA B, Stefano started his soccer career with A.C. Perugia, and there he made most of his career, becoming one of the well-known goalkeepers. When he was 28 due to some injures, he decided to start his coaching careeer always with A.C. Perugia first team. Stefano owns UEFA B and physiotherapist License. Due to his job and experience, Stefano lives for soccer trying to transmit to the young goalkeepers the passion and love for this role.
Holder of Uefa B License, Nicola has a vast experience as professional player, having played in teams such as Perugia (Youth team serie A and 2nd division), Sangiovannese (3rd division), Ellera (4th division), Sestese (4th division), Venturina (4th division), Sporting Terni (4th division), Pontevecchio (4th division), Deruta (4th division). Nicola collected 3 appearances in youth national team, has been Italian champion of 4th division in 1999/00 and has been formed from coaches with many experiences in Serie A and Serie B.
Nicola joined AC Perugia International Project in September 2016.
Antonio is a professional football coach with UEFA A license and bachelor’s degree in Sports Science. He coached the U-17 of A.C. Perugia Calcio. He coach the U-19 of Arezzo Calcio achieving the 2nd position nationally in Berretti championship. He coached Serie D senior squads. He was the Assistant coach of Fabio Liverani in Ternana Calcio. Antonio speaks fluently English and attended several trials by A.C. Perugia calcio in USA. Outside the football pitch Antonio is a physical education teacher.
Physical trainer with degree in Sports Science. Giorgio holds UEFA A license and coached the youth academy of A.C. Perugia Calcio between 1996 and 2004. During the last years Giorgio coached Orvietana calcio, Montegabbione Calcio and A.S.D San Sisto. Giorgio is also a personal trainer and speaks 4 languages beyond Italian: English, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian.
Professional football coach with UEFA A license. Simone started as regional recruiter of talents for FIGC in Umbria between 2005 and 2009. He was the assistant coach of Catanzaro calcio in Lega Pro in 2010/2011. After an experience as a Team manager of A.C. Perugia in Serie B (2013/2014 and 2014/2015) Simone coached local clubs in Umbria such as Assisi Calcio, A.S.D Petrignano calcio and Tiberis Machie.
Holder of UEFA B license, with “Coaching PNL & Training” – “Horst Wein Association Funiño” – “Calcio4d Sports Fourd Corporate University”. Carlo is an ex player who played for Perugia youth teams with vast experience as coach who fostered youngsters (U15, U17, U20) at clubs such as Santa Sabina, Ellera, San Sisto, Cannara and Don Bosco.
Carlo joined AC Perugia International Scouting Project in September 2015, training for two years the National Selections coming for Scouting Program with the Academy in cooperation with Professional Coaches such as Lorenzo Rubinacci and Pasquale Rocco.
Holder of the UEFA C license and the CONI-FIGC youth development training license, Diego played football professionally for ASD Pontevecchio (4th Italian division). He coached the youth teams of Pontevecchio and San Sisto before joining the AC Perugia International Project in September 2011. He had important technical collaborations with professional coaches such as Lorenzo Rubinacci, Pasquale Rocco and Dino Pagliari. Diego has faced numerous technical selections in many countries around the world and also runs coaching courses for foreign coaches.
Holder of UEFA C License. Enzo started his career as a defensive midfielder at US Ariano Irpino (Italian 5th Division) in 1999. Enzo played for Cardito, Savignanese, Comprensorio Miscano, Polisportiva Vitulano and other Clubs during his 22 years professional football careers. Enzo besides being a coach, he helps and support the University Players for all their needs and burocratic paperworks. Enzo works for AC Perugia International Project as Assistant Coach since 2016.
Holder of UEFA C, Graduated with a Sports Science degree from the University of Perugia, Jacopo currently coaches the U15 team of San Sisto (Italian 5th Division). Besides to be a coach, Jacopo helps the High School players for all their needs and burocratic paperworks. Jacopo works for AC Perugia International Project as an assistant coach since 2017.
